By browsing our website, using our quote calculators, or signing a project proposal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not access our services.
1. Service Scope and Proposals
VOXVISION provides premium digital design and marketing services. Each project begins with a custom scope of work or proposal document signed by both parties. This proposal outlines:
- Deliverables (such as site maps, integrations, branding guidelines, or content calendars).
- Project schedule, development phases, and milestone delivery times.
- Financial terms, pricing packages, and payment structures.
2. Client Responsibilities and Content
To deliver high-quality platforms on schedule, we rely on timely client collaboration. You agree to:
- Provide copy, images, credentials, product data, or other assets needed for development within agreed-upon timelines.
- Provide timely feedback and approvals during review phases. Delays in response exceeding 10 business days may shift launch deadlines.
- Represent that you own or have licensing rights to all materials supplied to us for use in your designs.
3. Payment Terms and Late Fees
Payments must be made according to the milestone schedule detailed in your project proposal:
- Deposit: A non-refundable setup deposit is required before design and setup begin.
- Milestone Payments: Payments are due upon delivery of agreed milestones (e.g. design approval, development build).
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to website launch, domain redirection, or transfer of admin assets.
- Late Payments: Balances unpaid after 14 days from invoice date may accrue interest at 1.5% per month and lead to temporary service suspension.
4. Intellectual Property
We respect intellectual property rights. The ownership transfers as follows:
- Before Payment: All mockups, wireframes, drafts, and development sites remain the property of VOXVISION.
- Upon Final Payment: VOXVISION transfers full ownership of custom graphics, site architecture, page copy, and layouts developed specifically for your project.
- Retained Rights: VOXVISION retains ownership of generic software modules, pre-existing code libraries, and tools used to build the platform. We also reserve the right to display the completed work in our design portfolio.
5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
We build high-performing, secure websites and campaigns. However:
- We offer a 30-day post-launch support warranty covering bug fixes and minor adjustments.
- VOXVISION is not liable for business interruptions, profit losses, or security breaches resulting from third-party integrations, hosting providers, or client-side administrative errors.
- We do not guarantee specific search rankings or financial outcomes, as search algorithms and market conditions are outside our control.
6. Governing Law
These terms and all related proposals are governed by the laws of the State of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru.
